An educational trip to Eastern Thrace, Turkey, as part of the Studies in Local History MA program of the Democritus University of Thrace. We visited the Department of Balkan Studies at the University of Thrace in Edirne and toured the topography of Georgios Vizyinos. After 4 days of the tour and multiple cities we ended up at the Population Exchange Museum in Çatalca and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Lausanne we talked about the exchange of populations.
