It presents works from the period of the Socialistic period in Bulgaria.
The museum includes three parts: a park with statues or sculptures drawn from the communist period, including the huge statue of Vladimir Lenin, an exhibition hall with paintings, and a video hall in which propaganda films and newsreels are screened.
